tinglesbar provides immersive, platonic ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) experiences designed for relaxation and stress relief.

Strictly Platonic Services

All sessions are strictly non-sexual and professional. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Inappropriate language

• Sexual comments or requests

• Physical advances

• Harassment of any kind

If such behaviour occurs, the session will be terminated immediately without refund, and you may be permanently banned from future bookings.

Touch Policy

Our techniques are limited to light-touch interaction involving:

• Head and scalp

• Face

• Neck

• Arms

• Upper back

We DO NOT work on the chest or any areas below the waist.

Not Medical Advice

Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments and are not a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

Personal Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• Services involve light physical touch and sensory triggers

• You are responsible for informing us of allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or conditions

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk

If you are pregnant, have neurological conditions, or have health concerns, consult a healthcare provider before booking.

Booking Platform

We use Momence our third-party booking system.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Momence and Stripe. tinglesbar does not store full credit card information on its servers.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Momence login credentials.

To respect the time of our ASMRtists and other guests, we enforce the following policy:

Cancellations (More Than 72 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment start time are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee.

Late Cancellations (Within 72 Hours)

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment is considered a no-show and is strictly non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time via your Momence account, subject to availability.

No exceptions will be made outside of these policies unless required by law.

If you enroll in a tinglesbar Membership:

Billing

• Your payment method on file will be charged automatically every 30 days.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Commitment

If a minimum commitment period applies (e.g., 3 months), cancellation is not permitted until that period has been fulfilled.

Cancellation

To cancel after the minimum commitment period, written notice must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date.

Unused credits do not carry cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

• tinglesbar reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

By using our website or attending a session, you agree:

• Not to engage in unlawful, disruptive, or abusive behavior

• Not to record sessions without explicit written permission

• Not to use our services for commercial purposes without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violations of these Terms.

All website content, branding, text, images, videos, and logos are the property of tinglesbar and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Astronaut Enterprises Inc. o/a tinglesbar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your participation in our services

• Use of our website

• Third-party booking or payment platforms

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
