A longtime fan of ASMR, she credits it with helping her sleep better, stay grounded, and navigate everyday stress — and now she shares that same experience with others through her videos. For one night only, she’ll be stepping from behind the screen to guide a LIVE, in-person sensory experience designed to help you unplug, connect, and decompress — ASMR-style.
