This Session’s Theme: Nostalgic "Birthday Party" & LIVE ASMR Soundscape

Be a kid again with an interactive journey through the senses as you relive some of your favourite parts of going to a birthday party, back in the day – because grownups could also use a bit of childlike fun! Enjoy an evening of pure nostalgia – there will be games, prizes, face painting, snacks and loot bags!

We'll end the evening with a beautiful, immersive sound bath shared with us live by Trish Lanns. School's out, let's eat some cake!
