tinglesbar Monthly Membership – Terms of Service.

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between Creative Astronaut Enterprises Inc. o/a tinglesbar ASMR Spa, located at 201-9 St. Nicholas St. Toronto, ON, M4Y 1K9 ("Business") and the undersigned Member ("Member").
1. Membership Term and Commitment
The Membership Term is 3 months ("Minimum Commitment Period"). The Member agrees to pay a monthly fee of $110 CAD plus applicable tax for the duration of the Minimum Commitment Period.
Following the Minimum Commitment Period, the Membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled or paused (max. 1 month at a time) by the Member or Business in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 4 ("Cancellation").
2. Membership Benefits
As a Member, the following benefits are included:
One 60-Minute Solo ASMR Session per month (60 minutes) valued at $139 CAD per session. Included session can be transferred to another user.
Priority Booking: Pre-book your session in advance of the general public.
Discount on Additional Sessions: 20% off any additional regular-priced services and upgrades booked in the month.
Event Invitations & VIP Access: Priority booking and applicable discounts for any exclusive or member-only events hosted by or in collaboration with the Business.
Applicable Discounts with Local Partners: As available.
Birthday Gift: An exclusive gift (retail valued up to $50) during the Member's birthday month (details to be provided by the Business).
Complimentary Snacks: Light snacks and refreshments available during scheduled sessions.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for Membership Fees will be processed on the same day of each month as the initial purchase date.
Any additional sessions, services, or products not covered by the Membership will be charged at the standard rate, with any applicable discounts applied accordingly.
4. Cancellation Policy
During the Minimum Commitment Period (3 months): The Member may cancel at any time, but will still be responsible for paying the full Membership Fee for the entire 3-month period, or an early cancellation fee of $100 CAD.
After the Minimum Commitment Period: Either party may terminate the Membership by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment. Cancellation will be effective on the next billing cycle.
No Refunds: Membership Fees are non-refundable. If the Member chooses to cancel before the end of the Minimum Commitment Period, they will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the membership.
Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: Members are required to notify the Business at least 72 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a no-show fee or forfeiture of the session.
5. Member Obligations
The Member agrees to attend scheduled sessions in a timely manner and to adhere to any health and safety protocols set by the Business.
The Member agrees to notify the Business of any changes to their contact or payment information.
6. Business Rights and Disclaimers
The Business reserves the right to adjust the Membership fee or benefits with 30 days' written notice to the Member. Any such changes will be applied after the current Minimum Commitment Period ends.
The Business reserves the right to deny or suspend Membership for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to adhere to terms, or violation of any code of conduct.
7. Liability and Waiver
By agreeing to this Agreement, the Member acknowledges that ASMR sessions and events may have therapeutic benefits, but are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological care. The Member waives any liability claims against the Business for any adverse effects arising from participation in ASMR sessions.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Business and the Member. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
